Lisa Loves - Performance in Hair and beauty Award
On Monday 6th December, Tim Scott-Wright was among industry icons to collect the first honourary PHAB Standard. Held at the Spatesserie in The Dorchester, London, Tim Scott-Wright of Lisa Shepherd Salons, received the industry standard on behalf of Lisa Shepherd, which recognises and celebrates the professional business sense of those in the hair and beauty industry.
PHAB (Performance in Hair and Beauty) Standards launched in December to encourage stylists, barbers, colourists, therapists and nail technicians to develop their customer care skills and focus on listening to and answering client needs. It is without doubt that Britain leads the way in creativity in the hair and beauty industry, and PHAB will work with individuals to ensure that clients receive the same high standards in customer service.
Launched by Nergish Wadia-Austin, one the UK’s leading motivational speakers, PHAB Standards will be to these industries, what Michelin stars are to the hospitality industry. Nergish stated ‘I am proud to see that the PHAB Standard is being supported by icons and visionaries of the hair and beauty industry. With such strong names supporting us, we can get the message out that PHAB is here for everyone. From all sectors of the hair ad beauty industry, I can guarantee that PHAB can better your business. From celebrity spas and therapists to individual hairdressers, colourists and barbers as well as new salons, PHAB will help measure your business and demonstrate how you can work on improving it. In today’s society, we can’t take clients or their spend for granted and PHAB is set to support the industry to improve client loyalty by answering their every need.'
