We ONLY release your first name and email address to our Marketing Company so that they can email you our newsletter. Our Marketing Company do not release your information to anyone else.

How do you store my information?

You information is held on a secure, password protected data base.

How long do you keep my information for?

Your data remains on record until your record has been inactive for a period of 12 months. At that point your data is deleted from our system.

Why do you hold information on my credit card details?

Unfortunately as with many other businesses we occasionally experience times when clients don’t turn up for their appointment without giving the necessary 24 hours notice for a cancellation. It is therefore necessary to retain your credit card details in order to secure your appointment and make any charges in line with our cancellation policy. Details of our cancellation policy can be found on our website and price lists. Your credit card information is not released to any 3rd party and is held securely on our computer systems.
