Joanne Hayes brings over two decades of professional hairdressing experience to her role as Salon Director of Lisa Shepherd’s latest salon addition in Wombourne, Staffordshire. Joanne joined the Lisa Shepherd group in 2007 and has cultivated a firm reputation as a Wedding Hair specialist. She is passionate about providing brides with a personalised look that will pack in ‘wow factor’ on their big day. Her work has regularly appeared in the pages of bridal magazines, and the National Wedding show considers her an essential member of their team, creating looks for their showcases and catwalks.

For her everyday salon clients Joanne leads with colour expertise and perfectly channels the company philosophy of beautiful bespoke hair with a twist. “I always encourage our clients to move their look on. It’s not about a slavish following of trends but a personal nod to the season that makes every client look their best,” says Joanne.
