With a fun sense for the creative and a quietly confident sense for business, Emma Steven has loved the hairdressing industry from the very beginning of her career.

At the young age of 29, Emma has achieved so much more than most in the industry hope to accomplish in a lifetime. Training under one of the biggest names in the industry, Lisa Shepherd and nominated for top awards, she’s loved every moment of
it and there’s still more to come!

Emma is the first franchisee of Lisa Shepherd Salons, opening in Sutton Coldfield, making Lisa Shepherd Salons the first colour specialist franchise in the country.

“I always dreamt of running my own salon, so having a Lisa Shepherd franchise has given me the opportunity. Every day brings new challenges and it’s hard work, but my love of hairdressing keeps me motivated” says Emma.

Now that’s a pretty impressive list of accomplishments and with so many more to come it’s no wonder Emma is so full of excitement. There’s really no stopping her, she’s a woman on a mission.
